James Taylor Frost, 29, Dallas, formerly of Kansas City, died March 21, 1987, at the home.  He was born in Kansas City and lived here until he moved to Dallas in 1984.  Mr. Frost was an electronics technician for Rockwell International in Dallas.  He was a member of Southminster Presbyterian Church.  He attended Johnson County Community College and the University of Kansas and was an honor graduate of the Electronics Institute.  Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow L. Frost of Merriam, and a brother, Thomas Frost, Overland Park.  Services will be at 12:30 p.m. today at the Unity Village Chapel; cremation.  The famiy suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.
