Cindy McGrath-Deck, 42, Overland Park, KS, died Friday, June 25, 1999, at Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park.  A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel.  Visitiation will be 10-11 Tuesday at the chapel.  The family suggests contributions to the American Heart Association.  Cindy was born April 12, 1957, in Kansas City, MO.  She was formelry employed by Federal Express. Survivors include her husband, Joseph W. Deck and daughter, Stephanie Ann McGrath, both of the home; mother, Nellie Richards Bidwell and her husband Blaine, Lawrence, KS; father, John H.
