School Story

I remember Mr. Fernetti, my senior English teacher, having me play Helen of Troy

Went to Tri-State Music Concert in Enid, OK

Ran the mile or 400 ,Senior year in gym. Always came in second behind Tetesa Fleming (a sophomore).

Played #1 seed in tennis from SME, Csrrie Fotopolous, Lost. I was seeded #5 at SMN. Coach Diane ? Strategy was to sacrifice me so #1 seed Joyce Diebel would win for SMN. Not sure if she won her match or not.

She became my best friend at SMN. We were roomies in the late '70's. Beautiful person inside and out. Unfortunately, she died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 40.
